Safety for Tree Nursery Operations

A tree nursery raises trees for the landscape industry. Trees may be raised in containers or grown in the ground and may be "harvested" or sold as seedlings or raised to significant size. Tree nurseries may also transport and install trees and large shrubs. These materials can apply to tree farms and logging operations, but logging and its operations, such as felling and bucking, and associated hazards are not covered in these materials.
